Do you offer monthly memberships?

Currently monthly gym memberships are reserved for our Personal Training clients. For our non Personal Training clients, we offer 3 different Group Class packages to choose from, which give you access to all our classes!

Can I book a class for my friend?

Yes, you can book a class for your friend, each account can book up to 2 slots per class.

Does your studio have shower facilities?

Although we do have shower facilities, unfortunately due to COVID-19, under the current SOP guidelines, clients are not allowed to use them.

Do you provide water in your studio, or do I have to bring my own?

We have a hot/cold water dispenser at our gym, however you are advised to bring your own bottle as we do not provide cups.

How do I sign up for a Group Class?

Can I book a spot for my friend?

You can book up to 2 spots per class with your account.

How many credits does a class cost?

1 class equals 1 credit.

What packages do you offer?

We offer two types of Personal Training (in-studio/online) for those who are looking for a more personalized approach to achieving their fitness goals, and Group Class packages for those who enjoy training in a group setting.

Are towels provided during your classes?

We advise bringing your own towels for hygiene purposes.

Are there classes for beginners?

Our classes are adaptable for all levels of fitness, our coaches will guide you through each class, offering progressions and regressions to make the class suitable for you no matter which stage of your fitness journey you are at.
Just remember that no one knows you as well as you do, challenge yourself but also if you need to take some extra rest, feel free to do so.

Can I take a class if I’m coming back from an injury or if I’m pregnant? 

If you have any medical conditions, we strongly advise getting clearance from your doctor before participating in any group classes to ensure your safety and to limit the chances of injury.

Do I get a discount on my parking fee?

Parking fees are waived for only our Personal Training clients. Your parking fee for the first hour of parking at the Work@Clearwater building is waived on weekdays. On weekends, we subsidise your parking fee by RM3.50.

Are there any packages for corporate or private group sessions?

Do you offer refunds for packages?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on purchased packages, feel free to contact us if you have any problems and we’ll do our best to help you out.

When does my package expire?

Your package expiry date starts from the day of purchase, you can view the expiry dates for each package upon purchasing.

What are your policies on class cancellations?

Class cancellations must be done at least 12 hours before the start of the class. Cancellations made beyond this time frame will be considered late, which will result in the class being forfeited. Canceling a class can be done online or by messaging the following number +60 11-3374 6742.

What if I’m late?

Please call the studio to inform us if you are going to be late - we allow a 5-minute window - after this time frame, you will not be allowed to join the class.
