Top 5 Fun Things to do in Kuala Lumpur

If you're looking for some fun things to do around Kuala Lumpur, you've come to the right place! In this blog post, we will list five of our favorite activities in the city. Whether you're a tourist or a local, we guarantee that you'll find something on this list that piques your interest!

Note: This list isn't for the faint-hearted, read on if you're really looking to step out of your comfort zone!

5) Paintball at Ali King Paintball

Let's get enough one thing out of the way, getting shot in paintball is not comfortable but ultimately without that slight feeling of danger, it's not as exciting! Don't worry though as you will be provided with safety gear and briefed on the rules of engagement before any shooting starts. The arena itself is nestled around trees with old tires, barrels, and trees to take cover when under fire.

Located near UIAM Petaling Jaya's branch around 4km from Gombak's Tol, this is a must-visit for thrill seekers.

4) Genting Highlands Skyworlds Theme Park

From the drive up the steep windy roads to the cool sweater weather Genting Highlands has its own charm. The rides at Genting Highlands Theme Park from the twisty roller coaster ride to the endless fun bumping into each other on the bumper cars this is the place if you're looking for a getaway from boring!

The mall is amazing too, offering a great selection of fashion wear brands and restaurants to choose from.

3) ATV Adventure Park

Seriously this is probably one of the coolest things to do around Kuala Lumpur, the jungle trail is challenging and the surprisingly powerful ATVs can feel a little scary at first(you quickly get over this though). It takes around 2-3 hours to complete the entire course and by the time you're finished, you've had your hearts fill of off-roading.

ATV Adventure Park is around a 5 minute drive from Zoo Negara.

2) Indoor rock climbing at Camp 5

If you've never tried rock climbing before, Camp 5 is probably where you'll fall in love with it. The amazing community and great instructors will make you feel welcome right from the time you walk in through the place.

Indoor rock climbing at Camp 5 offers different levels of difficulty suitable for all levels of climbers. Camp 5 offers courses for people who are looking to improve their climbing skills and take up climbing more regularly.

1) Go karting at City Karting, Shah Alam International Circuit

If you have a competitive edge, love the feel of speed and the smell of burning rubber on asphalt, go karting at this 1.16km circuit is something you absolutely won't get enough of. The track features different categories of karts which makes it suitable for beginners and more seasoned drivers.

The slower karts travel at around 60-70km/h, while the more powerful karts can reach speeds of around 110km/h! Each round lasts around 10 mins and after 3-4 rounds you will feel physically drained from the adrenaline rush of racing these mini rockets and the strain of throwing your kart around high speed corners.
