Transitioning from a corporate career to the fitness industry with Certifications III and IV in fitness and 16 years of personal lifting experience, I've spent the last 3 years as a personal trainer dedicated to guiding individuals towards their health and fitness ambitions. My training methodology prioritizes teaching correct workout forms to prevent injuries and crafting personalized strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
