It is very common for most casual gym-goers to be confused about what they are supposed to do in the gym due to the massive influx of information coming from the internet these days. Have no fear, as Po will help you manoeuvre around all the misinformation and get you to your fitness goals quickly and safely.

Why I got started

When I was an avid cyclist between the age of 15 to 18, I did hundreds of kilometres week in week out. I became awfully underweight at 50kgs due to the gruelling demands of the sport. Although it made me one of the fastest hill climbers around, I felt scrawny and fragile in my own skin. It was then that I discovered weightlifting, and I never looked back. Weightlifting gives me peace of mind and a sense of achievement. Every week as I get stronger, it is as if I hit a new milestone. I truly believe that weightlifting not only improves our physical and mental health, but also many other aspects of our lives as well.

Class description

Intensity and efficiency is the name of the game. Po’s training focuses mainly on building strength and hypertrophy. Every individual requires a program tailored specifically for them, just like how every racer has their car set up differently. Po will select the exercises that best suit your needs and wants, taking into consideration factors such as your age and training experience.
